EPBC Referral now open

The EPBC Referral for the proposed Bunbury Offshore Wind Farm is now open for public comment.

The referral forms part of the Australian Government’s environmental assessment process under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

The referral and information about the public comment process can be viewed on the Australian Government’s EPBC Act Public Portal.
